Send a Letter to your Landlord
The Tenants Union has prepared template letters for common landlord issues that you can use to get repairs from your landlord, and get money you’re owed back. The three common letters we have on file are:
Getting repairs you need (“Warranty of Habitability”) [Access on Google Drive]

Using the links above, you can access the letters and supporting documentation, which you can email or print and mail to your landlord.
Some of the letters require more input than others, so if the process is confusing, we’d be happy to help you compile and send your letter.
